No Returns, No Refunds and No Exchange Policy
To maintain the integrity of our products, all sales are final. We are committed to providing the highest quality product at the best possible price (see price match policy). We eliminate any possibility of counterfeit products. We guarantee every product you receive has not been used, diverted, or manipulated. No product that leaves our warehouse will be restocked or resold. Danbury Beauty’s core value is to minimize waste, maximize sustainability and provide our customers with premium salon-grade products.
Defective, Damaged, Missing or Wrong Items Received
If the item you received is defective, damaged, missing or wrong items received, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We may request photographic evidence for expedited processing. Reach us via email at support@danburybeauty.com or by phone at 203-748-8031. We will provide instructions to receive a replacement. If the same item is unavailable, we'll assist you in finding a suitable alternative, store credit, or issue a refund.
Danbury Beauty reserves the right to assess all of these scenarios on a case-by-case basis.
No return will be accepted, and no refund or store credit will be given, regardless of the reason on any product after 30 days from the date of the original receipt, packing slip, or invoice.
