Shipping policy

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

Free Shipping on orders over $99 (before taxes and shipping charges are applied).

For Standard and FREE Economy Shipping, please allow 1 to 4 business days to process an order and additional time in transit. Standard delivery orders will be processed in the order they're received. If the customer accepts promotional offers for free shipping during checkout please note that Danbury Beauty reserves the right to assess extremely heavy packages and in very rare instances may cancel the offer. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

You can view your shipping rate by going to checkout and entering your billing and shipping information during the first step of checkout. You DO NOT have to place your order or enter your credit card number in order to view your shipping rate.

All orders that have been refused by the consumer or returned by the carrier due to an incorrect address provided to us will be processed as a regular return less a 30% return fee and the original shipping cost will be deducted from refund.

Canadian Customers

We are unable to ship to Canada at this time.

PO, APO and FPO Boxes

All packages sent via US Postal Services. Orders will usually arrive within 14 business days (for in-stock items only).

Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico

All packages sent via US Postal Services. Orders will usually arrive within 7-21 business days (for in-stock items only).

There are NO Flat rates or Promotional Free Shipping for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, customers must pay shipping fees in full. There are times when our system lets customers apply promotional offers during checkout. Customers will be contacted via e-mail or by phone to collect additional shipping fees. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

Foreign Orders

Sorry, we currently do not accept international orders.

Cancellations or Shipping Changes

Once any order is placed it goes into our automated fulfillment system and is typically processed the same day. After submitting an order you can no longer change shipping or billing options. If you wish to change any provided information please contact as as soon as possible.

Shipping Issues

In rare cases, orders may be damaged or lost while in transit. If this occurs, please contact us to initiate a claim. We may require that you provide proof, such as photos of the damaged packaging, before issuing a replacement or refund.

Stolen Packages

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they have a secure location to receive the delivery of their order. We will make every effort to assist you with locating a missing package, however, once an order has been marked as delivered by USPS, we have no further liability. Replacements or refunds will not be issued for packages stolen after delivery.
