The proprietary technology efficiently drives neutralization power to the hair’s core; breaking down eumelanin and pheomelanin for your most neutralized blonde.
Redken Blonde IQ 9+ provides no swelling, better saturation, even lift, and precise application, delivering a powerful clean lift for all hair types and textures. Its versatile formulation is ideal for a wide range of services, including balayage, foiling, and all over blonding.
How to use:
PREPARATION:
Wear suitable disposable gloves. Mix product in a well-ventilated area. Follow mixture ratios carefully, or damage to hair or scalp including irritation, hair loss or chemical burns could occur.
1. Put the recommended amount of Blonde IQ™ 9+ Lightener and Pro-Oxide Oil Developer 20V (6%) or 30V (9%) in a non-metallic bowl.
2. Blend until smooth creamy consistency is achieved.
APPLICATION AND RINSING:
• Wear suitable disposable gloves.
• Do not let product run onto scalp.
• Do not use metallic tools (clips, comb, etc).
• Rinse hair well after development time.
