Redken Pro-Oxide Oil Developer 20 Volume - This oil-powered developer formula achieves a perfect consistency for controlled and precise applications. It is specifically calibrated to work with Blonde IQ 9+ Lightener to achieve the highest level of lift across all hair types and textures.
This oil developer helps provide Redken's highest level of lift when used with Blonde IQ 9+ Calibrated Anti-Brass Lightener.
How to use:
Wear suitable disposable gloves . Mix product in a well-ventilated area. Put the recommended amount of Blonde IQ 9+ Lightener and Pro-Oxide Oil Developer 20V (6%) or 30V (9%) in a non-metallic bowl. Blend until smooth creamy consistency is achieved. Follow mixture ratios carefully, or damage to hair or scalp including irritation, hair loss or chemical burns could occur.
*No other developer may be substituted for Processing Solution. To do so would cause unpredictable results.

Cancellations or Shipping Changes
